Under the influence of economic globalization and the information technology revolution, international manufacturing is undergoing profound changes. The scale and level of manufacturing has become an important indicator of a country's comprehensive strength [1]. Numerical control (NC) Machine tools, especially high-end CNC machine tools, are hotspots in the international equipment manufacturing industry. China has already promoted high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment in the national science and technology major projects. The numerical control system is the control core of CNC machine tools, and its value accounts for 30%-40% of the whole machine. Its function, control precision and reliability directly affect the overall performance, cost performance and market competitiveness of the machine tool [2-4].


At present, developed countries such as Germany, the United States, and Japan have successively completed the industrialization process of CNC machine tools, and the development of CNC systems has become increasingly mature. Due to various reasons such as late start, weak R&D team and insufficient R&D investment, China's CNC system has been in the long-term low-end rapid expansion, slow progress in the middle, and high-end imports. At present, due to the rapid development of the equipment manufacturing industry, the importance of CNC machine tools is becoming more and more obvious, and the demand for high-end CNC systems is increasing. However, the market of domestic high-end CNC systems is basically occupied by foreign manufacturers, thus strengthening the field of CNC system technology. Basic research and common key issues have become the top priority for the development of China's equipment manufacturing industry, and it is of great significance to enhance the independent design and development capabilities and international competitiveness of China's high-end CNC systems.
